FREE PARKING AND FREE WIFI!!! This 2 bedroom beach front condo is located on the 3rd floor of the wonderful Summerlin complex! If you are looking for a laid back and smaller complex away from the busy roads and crowded beaches, this place is the right one for you! Great open floor plan, the gorgeous view will greet you as soon as you walk in. Master bedroom on the beach with the entry to the beach front balcony! Kitchen has a large island that everyone just loves and prepping meals is a breeze. The views from the 3rd floor are just unbelievable. Miles and miles of sugar white sand and emerald green water - the perfect beach therapy! March - October it's beach service season! The condo comes with 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up on the beach for you every day of your stay - FREE!

This space has many of the same features as our other Summerlin units, including a full kitchen, long island counter, full-size washer and dryer, and a living room-to-bedroom balcony. The living room and both bedrooms are carpeted, while the rest of the unit is tiled. This really is a lovely place to stay to have a good time at the beach.

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 2 twin beds. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 6

  The views from the balcony are amazing. Compared to a unit we’ve stayed in prior 303 is a little outdated as far as the furniture and the carpet throughout. I’d recommend bringing extra blankets as only one was provided.

  Condo was in a perfect location. Great view, and a short walk to the boardwalk/beach area. The unit was clean, but definitely needs updating. New furniture, and getting rid of the worn out carpet would bump 303 to a perfect 5 star. Another suggestion would be to take out one of the tubs and build a custom built in shower. A new Keurig would also make my wife happy. Brooks and Shorey staff was very helpful and I would highly recommend using them.

  So we stayed in this complex last year but in a different unit which was fantastic. The unit we stayed in this year was not as great. The unit is very dated, the furniture might be older than me. The bed is very soft and difficult to sleep on. Obviously the view from the balcony is fantastic. We won’t be staying in this unit again. We will stay in the same building just a different unit going forward.

    Summerlin is a lovely property with great two bedroom condo setups. Having the master bedroom on the beach is a huge perk and hard to find..making these awesome! The balconies are roomy with the two entrances and the amenities on property are enjoyable.   We were in town for our daughter's beach wedding. We own another unit in Summerlin and rented unit 303 to accommodate family members for whom we did not have room in our unit. It was wonderful having them close to us and we appreciate the owner's flexibility in allowing us to rent for three nights. The unit was adequate though we felt it could use some updating and upgrading. The kitchen was well equipped with all the cookware and gadgets we needed. I am sensitive to odors and the odor of cleaning supplies and/or deodorizer was very strong.

  We stayed for a couple of nights (great to find a place that doesn't require a 3 night stay when you want a weekend trip away). The reservation process was a breeze and the door has keyless entry which is a plus but do note that you must check in at the office which is about 2 miles away. Not a huge deal but when you are tired of being in a car, the last thing you want is to have to stop to get the code for the door. Upon arrival, the condo is in the middle of the building (right in front of the elevators which is great for luggage) but they also have the trash room (not chute, really a room with 2 large trash cans) right beside the elevator so the smell is not pleasant. You don't spend a lot of time in the area so it's not a big deal. The carpet in the condo is in the bedrooms and living area and I personally like carpet or some type of rug in the bedroom so sand does not end up in the bed. The carpet was worn in areas but it looked clean. Now for the issue I couldn't believe hasn't been talked about... the master bed! It is the hardest bed I have ever tried to sleep on. It was just the two of us so we took the comforters and all the extra blankets from the other bedroom and put them under the fitted sheet (I think there were 7 total) and it made it bearable for the two nights but I was soooo happy to be at home in my bed the third night. Overall, I loved the trip, the weather was perfect, the food was amazing and honestly we spent very little time in the condo.

  We loved the week we spent at Summerlin! Summerlin is in a residential area away from the hustle and bustle of a more commercial area. It's in a very family friendly area and was quiet at night. Unit 303 was the perfect location within the building. There was ample parking right by the building and the elevator is right next to the unit so there was no lugging stuff down long hallways. The view from the 3rd floor was perfect. The pool and beach were right there. Again, no long distances to lug your stuff (can you tell we've done some lugging in our day?!) The beach service was a much appreciated amenity. The furniture and carpets in the unit are a little worn, but that was easily overlooked by the location, cleanliness and excellent price for a week in peak season. The pool was on the small side, but was very clean and well maintained. We also appreciated the flexibility of a Sun. to Sun. rental, as we had a hard time finding many places that would accommodate our travel schedule. Booking and check-in/check-out were a snap. As to activities and restaurants in the area, we loved the food at Maguire's and the Gulfarium was worth every penny. We also had a great time on the dolphin cruise on the Sea Blaster. We tried the Oar House restaurant, but it wasn't anything special. We rented several movies throughout the week, which was a nice amenity. What a fabulous week! Special thanks to the owners who offer their wonderful place and to Brooks and Shorey for making the rental stress-free.

  We very happy with our condo!!! Brooke's and Shorey was great to work with seeing we got their a day ahead of time and they were more than accomidating. The condo was very nice. Only complaint was there was not a hot tub. My family had a great time and can't wait to go back!!

  The only thing we were disappointed in was the fact that we were only allowed two beach chairs and one umbrella. There were five adults in our group and the extra cost to rent 3 more chairs and an umbrella for three days was unexpected. Other than that we were extremely pleased with all aspects of our stay.

  We usually stay in another unit when we come down, but it was booked the week we needed. Compared to that unit, 303 was okay. The sliding glass doors were hard to open and this was mentioned during checkout. The kitchen did not have as many items stocked in it as our usual unit. Overall though, it had a great view and we had a great time!
