This is one of the smaller complexes on the beautiful Okaloosa Island so if you are looking for a cozy and quiet spot, this place is just perfect for you! With only 3 condos on each floor, this complex will never get overcrowded, the pool area will always have enough space for everyone and the beach will feel more private than ever! The property also has BBQ grills and the beach front pool is heated in the winter.
This 2 bedroom condo is on the 2nd floor and offers expansive views of the beautiful sugar white coastline. When you walk out on the beach front balcony, the views will take your breath away! No obstructions, no side views - this is DIRECT BEACH FRONT!
The condo has a nice size full kitchen equipped with all dishes and utensils, there is also a washer and dryer in the unit for your laundry needs. The two bedrooms are just the perfect space to relax after a sunny day at the beach or you can just lounge in the living room and boast in the beauty of the Emerald Coast. Parking is directly in front of the property, there is no fee for parking.

I do love Dune Pointe! Our family has been vacationing here for about 20 years and I still love it but it needs some serious TLC. When we walk out of the room, the overhead has concrete missing and rebar showing. I Hope there will be structural repairs done. Also,this was the first time we’ve encountered other guests acting inappropriately. The “family atmosphere” is one reason I love it here. As always, room was very clean and comfortable but could use some updates on the decor. Not giving up on my favorite place to stay at the beach, however, changes need to be made.

We sent 4 nights in another property managed by Brooks and Shorey, but at the last minute, we decided to extend our stay, the unit we spent the 1st part was already booked so they had Dune point available, so, we took it. The people were very accommodating, they even called me and informed me that we had left a bag of brand-new gifts from the local gift shop and it was waiting for us in the new unit when we checked in (that is almost unheard of in these days). The unit was very nice and decorated very beachy, which I love. It had everything that you would need for a nice vacation. We will definitely go back. The beach was really scary as people were not adhering to the red flag warnings, so we spent a lot of time in the pool, which was very nice.

Everything was great, except the bed. The mattress was terrible. I've never understood why vacation rentals go cheap on the mattress. I ended up sleeping on the couch.

Condo was clean and in an awesome spot. Fantastic beach! The only disappointments were the beds. The mattress in the master was so bad I actually had to go buy a mattress pad to sleep on. The “bed” in the 2nd bedroom is actually 2 twin beds pushed together and made up as a king. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent again.

We have a wonderful time at Dune Pointe 201. The condo is in a small complex, with only 4 units per floor making it very convenient to get around. We had two babies with us and were able to easily transport babies and gear to the beach and pool. The unit was very clean and the appliances were spotless! With 4 adults and 2 babies we were all very comfortable. Our only complaint is the noise the kitchen faucet made when used.

This condo was great, its located on the second floor and you can see the beach from the room, the condo is spacious and well stocked. The walk to the beach is not a long one, and during our stay (May 2016) we had free beach rental chairs and umbrellas (which we loved)
The property is clean, well lit and quiet. Its a small property which we liked.

There were some general maintenance issues. The elevator was out of service most of the week. There is also a pump noise associated with the water distribution system in the building that can be annoying at night. Overall, however, it was a very good experience.
