Upon your arrival to South Beach, you'll travel through the outside parking and under the garage for your TWO privately reserved parking spots where you can be sure your vehicle will stay safely nestled all week protected from the hot Florida sun. Unpack and head up the elevator to the TOP floor and find your paradise in penthouse condominium number 501. No public hallways to share so no need to worry about noisy crowds when you're in 501 South Beach- you will truly have everything to yourselves in this fifth floor condo. The elevator door opens to your own private foyer with rich Mahogany entry doors to both the side stairwells with your private accesses and the grandeur entryway to the unit itself. Enter and be amazed...everything from interior design to decor to furniture is IMPECCABLE. Customized molding on the bases and tops of every wall truly give this condo a classy home feel.

  The condo was stunning to say the least. The only problem we had was the fact that the property was under some pretty major construction during our stay. WE were informed of this prior by the leasing company Brooks and Storey and chose to stay anyway. We had a small issue with the air conditioning and the owner had it repaired within the hour! I will ALWAYS rent through Brooks and Shorey Resorts from now on. The staff (especially Marianne)treated us like family and went out of their way to make our vacation memorable!
