  The condo was perfect for my husband and I. There was plenty of room for another couple or a larger family, if needed. It was clean and looks like it may have been recently remodeled. Some of the furniture in the living room could use some extra cleaning but for the most part it was a nice rental. The view was beautiful and the balcony was perfect for dinner at sunset.

  We have stayed at many different condos on Okaloosa Island, but I think this one was by far the best. Even though Surf Dweller is an older building and the pool is not beachfront, we love the spacious rooms and large balcony. This condo was totally updated, beautiful kitchen with everything you could possibly need and more. The beautiful and tasteful furnishings were gorgeous, updated bathrooms and wine refrigerator excellent. Everything was exceptional, beds were comfortable. Just to make our getaway perfect, the weather was great, water was calm and clear. We had a wonderful , relaxing time, can’t wait to come back!

  Love the condo and location. Two constructive criticisms...
  1) A condo kept so nicely shouldn’t skimp on the mattresses. Sleeping was uncomfortable and left us in pain every morning.
  2) There is air seeping through the top of the master bedroom patio door. It makes an awful sound. Again, making sleeping impossible. Luckily we had painters tape in the car. So our first night we spent chasing the awful noise and then covering it up.
  If those two things are fixed, it would be great.

  This condo is updated and very nice and clean. We really enjoyed how spacious and quiet it was and how large the balcony was. It did appear they were still renovating it with some of the woodwork not being painted and the walls were not fully painted either, but I'm sure it will be completed in time. The rental company was very easy to work with and provided quick and good customer service for the one problem we had. The skillets in the kitchen were all scratched and the Teflon was flaking off. They delivered new skillets that same day. I would stay in this condo again if it was located in Destin.

  We had a really great trip & this condo was really great. Really easy check in/out process. Close to everything, huge beachfront balcony which we utilized quite a bit, and comfortable/stylish furnishings. Would love to know the brand of sofas! It is an older unit so it’s large and is mostly updated. The only few minor things that I would say it needs is a lock or chain latch inside the entry door. The property is secure but it is easy for littles to open the door and get out due to the style of knob. The sliding door seemed to get hung up a few times and could probably use a little grease. The small bedroom tv remote must have had dead batteries. Luckily we got Disney on and just turned on/off on the side. Other than that we had an excellent time and would definitely stay again in the future.

  We were looking forward to our first trip back to Okaloosa in 6 years with three grown daughters and grandsons. Great location! Nice condo wtih plenty of seating in the LR which was needed for our crew. I took large skillets and griddle to cook with for our bunch but it wasn't needed. I believe there were more dishes and things to cook with than I have at home, leaving not much room in the cabinets to put our food. We were annoyed somewhat with the guys putting out the chairs and umbrella as they seemed to play favorites to the people who rented directly from them as opposed to us who had them provided by the owner. Our elevator on the west end went out a few times but was repaired quickly. Pool was maintained well. Never used the weight room or tennis court-didn't have time!So glad Stewby's is on the island now-an old favorite of ours! A great family vacation!

  Love the area. Used to stay at Venus Condos several times with my late husband but wanted to see the ocean from my room so my daughter just searched the area and the picture that showed up from Surf Dweller showed the furniture with off white and soft blue so I was hooked. The kitchen supplies were great. We asked the checkers from Public's for recommendations for good sea food restaurants. Both said Stewby's at the same time. They were correct. We ate there about six times during our two week stay. Will definitely plan on visiting next year, the Lord willing!!

  We loved this condo! We will definitely stay here again😃. It was very spacious and decorated with really good taste! The only problem that we had was with the guy in charge of beach chairs. He was hard to work with and wanted to charge us extra for a front row seat. It was also a little dusty and the bath tub looked dirty. Everything else was great!

  Ft. Walton never disappoints. Beautiful beach, the water was crystal clear, lots of Dolphins swimming by. Our unit was clean, well stocked and a wonderful view. The porch is my favorite place to ocean watch. The weather was very cool (cold) but the upside was we could crack the sliding door at night and hear the waves crashing all night long.

  The unit was just as pictured online! We had a few days of no internet that was disappointing. The tennis court was in poor condition (dirty, net was terrible). Also, the unit could have been vacuumed better before we got there, but that didn't take away from our stay! Be prepared to buy everything you need down to the salt and pepper. All in all, we loved the unit and will return next year.

Unfortunately it appeared that the network provider has been experiencing issues , but they have been advised and are working to address the issue. Due to safety issues we do not supply salt or pepper or any perishables.Homeowner's association was made aware of the the tennis court condition and said they will be addressing. Overall, we are happy to know you loved SD 411 so much and do look forward to your next stay with us!

  Very nice and well kept condo. 4 nights. Love the area. Saw a guy catch a 5 foot shark straight in front of our condo. Visit the Air Force Museum. Awesome. Beach's were beautiful.

  Beautiful condo. Had a wonderful vacation with my family. Plenty of room for my crew of six. Only complaints I had were the washer and dryer were far too small and the elevators were out half the time. Plan to stay again but hope the washer and dryer will be replaced. I had to do 17 loads of laundry because they were so small.

  It was a very nice stay, the only negative was 1 elevator was down causing there to be longer wait times and then a few tunes the 1 elevator got stuck with people in it.
