Beautiful beach front unit directly on the beach with a huge balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless appliances, granite counter tops and many more upgrades for your cooking pleasure! With 1,450 square feet, this unit features a spacious and comfortable living area, perfect for entertaining the family! There is a plush king size bed in the master bedroom, two Queen size beds in the second bedroom, so there is plenty of comfortable bedding to go around! A 30 ft. private gulf front balcony with master bedroom and living room access is the ultimate spot for vacation leisure! Also featuring a full-size washer and dryer and complimentary WiFi for your added convenience.

Surf Dweller Condominiums are the most spacious of the 2 bedroom units, allowing TWO larger beds to adorn the guest bedroom. A family with quickly growing teens or those wanting the in-laws to join in on the vacay fun will simply love the amount of room each person of the group will get in these vacation homes. The master bedroom of course has its own master bathroom and there is a full-sized second bathroom at the front of the unit with direct access from the guest bedroom as well as the hallway area.

  We have stayed with Brookes and Shorey every time we go to Florida and have been searching for the perfect condo for us booking a different place every time. But this may be our new place. Bedrooms were incredibly spacious. Loved the wine cooler. All the furniture was clean and neat. Probably best furniture of any stay. Beds were the most comfortable we have had. Loved the blackout curtains in the master bedroom. The gym was adequate. Best beach service for sure we have had at any stay. Four elevators and lots of carts to take stuff to the room when loading and unloading. Dining table chairs were comfortable. Large kitchen.
  I would only change a few things that simple maintenance would fix. None of these were huge issues as I did not report them so it didn’t impact our stay. Several lights were out in the condo but the light from the balcony made it fine. The fridge was uneven. It leans to the right and swings open hard which you can tell by the marks on the trim to the laundry door. There is no corkscrew for wine. Dryer only has two drying options. Would update it. Tons of entertainment but we couldn’t find the dvd remote so we couldn’t play Wii. I would also add fans to the patio. Electrical is there for it but was probably taken down in the recent balcony remodel.

  This Condo was well furnished with everything we needed. Plenty of room and storage areas. We really enjoyed the huge balcony. And being on the fifth floor was perfect for enjoying the view and sound of the ocean. I wish that the telescope in the photographs had been operational, but sadly it was not. And we were surprised that there were no curtains in the living area. But we did enjoy or stay and would stay here again.

  Great condo Kitchen could use couple of things, a large pot to boil shrimp, only small saucepans. Also only a few wine glasses and coffee mugs, had to keep washing those by hand for next use. Brooks and Shorey terrific to rent from. Loved our complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. Devin, our very personable beach attendant had ours set and reserved for us each day and gave us lots of info on places to eat, etc. Our condo combination didn't unlock our unit when we first arrived. Brooks and Shorey had someone there in five minutes to correct the problem. Great service and communication with our rental process.

  The rental is in a good location, close to everything you need but not in the center of the hustle and bustle. The unit is in an older building but it was very clean. We just had a few minor issues with a lamp without a lightbulb, not being able to get the TV in the masterbedroom to work, and not having enough regular size coffee mugs. Otherwise, we were very comfortable. I did think it would have been nice if Kleenex and a kitchen scrub pad would have been provided for dishes--we had to go out and buy those items after we arrived.

  Very spacious condo with large deck. Unit location on 5th floor affords great views and is several units down from elevator so is quiet. Nice to have 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom. Full-size washer/drawer and very large kitchen. Comfortable furniture, but beds could be a bit firmer. Lots of wonderful books! Mid-May was perfect weather for our trip, ocean was calm and swimming was great.

  This is the 2nd time we've stayed in this particular condo. The location is great, the beach service and discounts on activities are nice. It's great having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so couples don't have to share. And having a patio door in the master suite is amazing!!! My only complaint is there are some repairs that could be done in the unit- like some areas of the ceiling that are peeling and a coffee table that looks like someone sat on it and broke it and it's been like that for 2 years. Overall, it's a very clean and a nice place to stay. And the location is wonderful!

  Everything was extremely comfortable and accomodating in this condo. The only suggestion I would have is for them to equip it with a crock pot! The view was gorgeous and we would definitely stay here again.

  We loved this property. It was on the beach and located in an area with lots to do. The condo was very nice and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and the entertainment center had some extras. We would definitely stay here again.

  This was our family's third visit to Surf Dweller. We found Unit 510 to be the best so far. In addition to the great view, the condo was nicely decorated and fully stocked so we did not have to buy anything to support comfort and cooking. All appliances worked nicely and the presence of a Keurig coffee maker was a real treat.
