Come experience paradise at this fully renovated 2 bedroom/2 bath seventh floor unit at the Surf Dweller Condominium! The large 1,450 square feet floorplan of Surf Dweller 703 can truly be appreciated by each of its visitors. The master bedroom sits facing the water and has its own private entry to the 32-foot balcony while the living/family room holds the second balcony access for all who enter 703. Privacy and peace will encapsulate every lucky guest of this condo.

Remodeled from top to bottom, this gorgeous unit boasts plank tile flooring throughout, spacious bedrooms, completely remodeled bathrooms with top of the line fixtures, impact windows, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances in the modern kitchen. Every aspect of Surf Dweller 703 is upgraded for the true upscale beach vacation home. A Google mesh provides flawless connectivity to Wi-Fi and the internet. Three smart TVs are in the unit with a huge 75” in the living room and a 65” located in the master bedroom. A king bed awaits guests in the master bedroom while a luscious queen size bed awaits the others in the guest bedroom. While the master houses an en-suite private bathroom, the guest bathroom is just outside the second bedroom and across the hallway from the kitchen.

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 2 queen bed. This unit sleeps 6.

Unit is equipped with a Ring doorbell device outside of the entry door. The device is not monitored and should not be relied on for personal safety. No devices are placed inside the unit.

Surf Dweller has a limit of 2 vehicles per unit.

  Condo was perfectly decorated and supplied with all needed dishes, utensils. The patio furniture was great, especially the higher deck chairs to watch the waves over the railing. Our only complaint for the whole week was the programmable thermostat. It reverted back 80 degrees every few hours. Odd thermostat, but we did figure out how to adjust temperature but to constantly come back to a warm condo was frustrating. It would cool rather quickly. Would I stay here again? Definitely- we have made a note of the unit number to do so!

  Surf Dweller Unit 703 is a very modern & up to date condo. The condo couldn't have been any nicer! The location is fantastic. From the balcony you can wake up to the most gorgeous sunrise & in the evening you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets on the island! The accommodations are just as fabulous. This condo isn't "cluttered" like most condos. We love the clean feel as you walk into the unit. The owners have done a great job, thank you for allowing us to stay in your heaven away from home.   It was better than expected! We were so thrilled with the entire layout! there was room to move around and it wasn't cluttered like some places we have stayed! The modern style was Awesome! Being on the top floor was amazing, you could see everything & enjoy the ocean! We had perfect weather for being January, the temps were in the high 60's but on the balcony it was much warmer. GREAT! We love the planes & copters from Elgin flying over, we miss the sound of them not to mention the ocean! This is our new favorite place to stay. We will be back next year for sure!

It is a project carried by Okaloosa county and the goal is to provide wider beach area for all of Surf Dweller visitors, and to prevent further beach erosion.   Great view, quiet condo for wonderful relaxing week. Nicely decorated, but not the most comfortable of furnishings. The only negatives for our family were the comfort of the beds & furniture and the poor quality of kitchen utensils for cooking. The mattresses were uncomfortable & hot with the memory foam toppers. ALL the living room furniture was uncomfortable for sitting any length of time. Even the balcony furniture was uncomfortable.
