Step into this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with unbeatable top floor Gulf views! The living, dining, and kitchen area offer endless views of the Emerald waters to enjoy every single day of your stay! The living room features a mounted flat screen TV for all your viewing pleasure and the dining area offers ample seating with additional chairs at the breakfast bar. The updated kitchen contains all stainless steel appliances for the chefs of the family to put to use! And don't forget about your private balcony to take in a gorgeous Emerald Coast sunset.

The spacious, master bedroom features a King sized bed with an en suite bathroom containing a walk-in shower and double sinks. Head on over to the second bedroom containing a Queen sized bed with its own en suite bathroom as well. For additional guests, there are bunk beds located in the hallway and a major plus - this unit contains an in unit laundry center! Pelican Isle 610 is the perfect spot for your next beach getaway!

All units at Pelican Isle

  Brooks and Shorey is great to work with and very responsive. My critiques are, the floors could have been cleaner, we would have loved more pillows, towels and wash cloths, there was gum stuck to the bunk bed, and the dryer was shooting lint out and it was very dirty around the washer/dryer. We reported the dryer and it was fixed the same day. Brooke and Shorey also offered to have the condo cleaned again. We love Pelican Isle. The beach chair guy, Tyler was amazing!! The pool is great, we never had to wait on the elevator. The kitchen appliances worked well. I think it would be nice to get rid of the oversized chair in the smaller bedroom and have a king sized bed instead. My family really enjoyed the one round of free golf each day with the sea and shore pass. Overall we would come back to Pelican Isle.

  Great beach view, well equipped, on the downside, the unit needs to be cosmetic repairs. Laminate pealing off of the dresser. Exposed lighting fixtures. The complex itself is well maintained and the walk to the beach is short. Booked with Brooks and Shorey. Always got into the room well ahead of the 4 pm check in. No one ever called to tell us our room was ready for check in.

We brought our own Kuerig Coffee maker since pictures showed a reg coffee maker..could use a few wine glasses but that is being picky.The master bedroom was spacious and the matress was kids staying in the 2nd bedroom said the matress was a bit hard and should be rep[laced..overall it was a great location..we stayed the week of July 4th beach wasnt over crowded at all,traffic on the island wasnt bad..even made it to Mcguires in Destin in 15 mins..trick is to always eat early!

  Right on the beach. A 6th floor balcony. Top floor of the building, so you don’t hear anyone walking over your room. It was just like the description and pictures showed.   My family had a wonderful time staying in this condo at Pelican Isle. The condo was clean, right on the beach, and had plenty of room for our family of four. It includes a master bedroom, a second bedroom, PLUS a bunk area, PLUS a fold-out couch - we had more than enough room to spread out! The kitchen was well stocked, which made it easy to social distance since we could cook our meals in the condo, and the washer/dryer unit came in very handy. They even provided soap for our first load of laundry! The condo was ready for us early, which was also a plus. The pictures shown are not deceiving at all - it is as lovely as it looks. We will definitely be back!

  Nice condo! Enjoyed trip! Did have cable box in living room not eworking when we first got there. Slow drain in master bath tub but I took care of it myself and garbage disposal quit working while we were there. The Brooks and Shorey staff were great though about getting right over and trying to fix the cable. It did require a visit from the cable service man late the next evening though before it worked. Both TVs in the bedrooms were working though.

  The condo was mostly great. Very unhappy with the elevator situation. No reason both elevators should be down and we're on the 6th floor. The rest of the week, one elevator was down which made for at least a day's worth of waiting over the week. The construction was also unacceptable. That should NOT be done during peak times. I paid over $2,000 to listen to bang, bang, bang for 8 hours a day. Inexcusable. The property was also pretty trashy. Quite obvious that NO ONE does perimeter checks for trash and the like. Pretty sad, considering how much we paid to stay here. This, plus the growing number of ill-mannered, rude idiots will probably make this my last trip to Ft. Walton. We've been going over 20 years. So sad to see it decay like this.

    Oh, this is such a lovely top floor two bedroom condo! We are so sad to hear your less than positive feedback from your stay here! The one elevator had a major maintenance issue and the repairs are on hold for the specific custom parts...we are so sorry about this one elevator being down and about the other going out for the afternoon!! These type items are way beyond anything we can control so we are so appreciative of any patience given. Unfortunately there is no good time for construction here in paradise as these condos stay occupied year-round and there is literally never a good time for these type updates. The property has to be up kept though and we're sorry to hear your disappointment in the property as we think it's lovely.   We really enjoyed our stay in Pelican Isle 610. The unit was very clean, very spacious and well equipped. The front desk was extremely friendly and very helpful with any questions and even printed our boarding passes for us. The condo is located in a good spot near most things and just a short drive to Destin for activities. The beds were comfortable and the shower was extremely good! You can't can't beat a good shower or comfy bed. I would highly recommend this condo. My only criticism is the pool does not have a view (surrounded by cement walls) and there weren't many chairs.

  The condo itself and the location were just what we were looking for. The location is really nice, off the main drag quite a bit but still only a 5-10 min drive to anything you wanted to get to. Beautiful beach and water, super convenient. The condo itself was quite spacious (was just 2 adults and 1 child) and well appointed - had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The kitchen is outfitted with pretty much anything you would need. We enjoyed eating dinner on the small balcony overlooking the ocean. All in all we would certainly return.

  The Condo, location and price were perfect for our Spring Break Getaway! Beach was clean and the extra amenities were a bonus. Only issue we had was the dryer was very noisy after it heated up. Contacted management two days in a row before a maintenance person came to check it out. He never did come back to fix it while we were there. Had to cope with a very loud screeching noise when using the dryer. This was the reason for a 3 star rating for general condition. If they had repaired the dryer there would be 5 star ratings across the board. Check to be sure the dryer has been repaired before renting this unit. Otherwise, it is one of the most comfortable, lovely, furnished units that we have ever rented!

  The condo was nice. The ice maker was very slow. Beds were ok. Did not care for the property management. Very hard to find someone in the office. Check in time is 4pm but when we arrived at 5:15, the office was closed for the day. Very limited check in information such as Wifi passwords, etc. No instructions for the 3 remotes on the main TV. The linens (towels and sheets) were not the quality we have had at other condos in the area. Smoking is allowed on the balconies which we did not care for. We like to sit on the balcony and take in the view, not smell the smokers. The view from the balcony was amazing. Watched dolphins most every morning. We were certain we read that they penthouse offered rooftop access but this was not the case. Apparently, there was a discount offered at the complex which caused it to be extremely crowded for September. Beach service was excellent. Love Mellow Mushroom. The view from Margaritaville is outstanding. We always take a walk on the pier one evening.

    Thank you for your review, we appreciate the feedback. It's disheartening to hear you were not satisfied with the property management as we receive only positive feedback. Our office is open 8:30 AM to 5:00PM everyday. The confirmation email has the information for the late arrival check in, however the wifi info and other info is given to you as the guest upon your check-in. Smoking on balconies is a rule for the property of Pelican Isle established by the HOA. I'm so glad you were able to enjoy the views from this top floor unit, it really doesn't get any better than this! There is no roof access in any of the units, but the view does not get better than the sixth floor. The condos are individually owned, so there wasn't necessarily a discount for the complex. Rather, this September was the busiest we've had as a company. But who doesn't love the beach late in the summer?! The Destin harbor is the best place to go to enjoy the best of beach life. I'm glad you enjoyed. We appreciate your business, and hope to see you again on Okaloosa Island!

  Pelican Isle was a good choice for our extended family to select several condos in the same building where we chould share out time together yet have our own private space. The beach staff setup our chairs/umbrella in a semi-circle so it was easier to visit with the others in our group without disturbing our neighbors at water's edge. The only negative was of the two elevators in the building, only one worked for most of the days we were there and it had no ventilation in the elevator. The condo was perfect for our needs and exactly as pictured.

  As a Snowbird, we have stayed in various units at Pelican Isle for the last several years. #610 has a good floor plan with larger bedrooms than some of the other units. Of course the view is spectaular from the 6th floor and gives us the best chance of seeing dolphin. The amenities of Pelican Isle suit us better than other locations on the island and we consider it our winter home.

  The condo was beautiful. The view was gorgeous. It's very spacious with the master bedroom being humongous & somewhat secluded down its own hallway. The weather was terrible, so we spent a lot of time in the condo. The only suggestion is for the property in general. The elevators and check in area were smelly due to floor mats that stayed wet and smelled moldy and like feet. I would suggest some other means of absorption in the elevators and check in area. That's a minor thing and the absolute only issue. We really loved the place.

  This was a great place to stay. It was right on the beach and not far from town.   Right on the beach, pool, hot tub and movie rentals from Tom Tumb. The condo was nice everything we need they had. Hope to return next year.
