This condo offers ocean views stretching from the COZY living room to the dining area so you will never miss out on the SPECTACULAR view!! Spacious private balcony is perfect for the early morning raisers to enjoy a morning beverage and a breath-taking sunrise! Be sure to keep an eye out on the water for dolphins! Your condo comes equipped with a COMFY king sized bed in the master and 2 fulls in the guest room. The kitchen is equipped with bar stools, perfect for a quick bite and get back to the white sand and emerald water! Islander Beach Resort on Okaloosa Island is the place to be! You are conveniently located to shopping and attractions, while still enjoying the calmness of the island. There are plenty of options for water activities as well, such as Big Kahuna and Crab Island. This is the place new memories are made for you and your family! Your home away from home is waiting for you!

Islander Beach Resorts have access to one of Okaloosa Island's largest gulf-side pools, a shuffleboard court, and a barbeque grill area. A quick stroll across the boardwalk puts you right on the beach! All guests have Free High-Speed Internet access in their unit, as well as wireless Internet access in our lobby.

The pool is heated the week of Thanksgiving and beginning the week of Christmas until March 31st.

    We had a great long weekend stay! The room had a wonderful view of both the beach and pool, and was clean and well stocked. The bathrooms could use a little updating, and the bed was a little too firm for my liking. We had easy access to the beach. Overall our stay was very nice and relaxing.

    We really liked Islander 3005. The condo was clean, well equipped with everything you would need. The grounds were well kept, the pool was nice and the balcony furniture for your gulf view is undated polywood outdoor furniture which is a big plus for us with the amount of time we spend in the mornings and evenings on the balcony. The staff at Brooks and Shorey go above and beyond to make sure everything is satisfactory during your stay. I highly recommend booking with them. So easy to work with. Looking forward to our next booking with them

    I got to stay here while I was working in the area for a couple weeks. The view from the balcony was amazing and so wonderful to wake up to every morning. The kitchen was very well stocked and the master king bed was incredibly comfortable. The only thing I noticed is that the unit could really benefit from a dehumidifier. Every felt damp (my clothes in the closet, etc) and wet laundry tooks days to dry. That is the only thing I noticed. Otherwise, I absolutely can't wait to stay again.

    This unit is very well equipped with everything. The only problem we have is with
    all tile floors (we have leg problems and the
    hard floors are not too comfortable). We did
    bring some throw rugs from home and purchased
    an inexpensive area rug for the living room to
    use while we are here, But other than that everything in this unit is very nice. Best unit we have had.

    i wasn't happy with where the check in office was . had a hard time finding it also it would have been nice to have shuttle service to & from airport,also once we found the office i felt like i was being pressured to give more $ if anything is broke i'll have to pay for damages this i expect . i understand paying for damages but, up to $3 grand no ,i'll tell you what for that kind of $ i want to do a walk thru .a bad way to start a vaca. nice condo but what kind of visiter's have you had in the past ?
