With sleeping accommodations of up to six guests, this two bedroom beachfront condo will make your family vacation memorable! Take in the spectacular Gulf view from the comfort of the living room, dining room or the large private balcony! It also comes fully furnished with a complete kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, and a washer and dryer as well! It's the perfect beach retreat for a family vacation or girls getaway. What happens at the beach... is laughed about for years! Come make some Memories! Islander Beach Resort is a 7-story structure of 114 condos on a short 2 mile stretch of Okaloosa Island with direct views of the beach and ocean. Exterior upgrades have been completed on the building, which is now painted an aqua blue and gray. There are 2 elevators and lots of parking. Guests can freely access the beach, pool, BBQ pits and parking area (a parking pass is needed), but you will probably spend the majority of your time on the large private balcony overlooking the pool and beach.

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: Master bedroom - 1 King bed, 2nd bedroom -1 Queen bed. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 6.

Islander Beach Resorts have access to one of Okaloosa Island's largest gulf-side pools, a shuffleboard court, and a barbeque grill area. A quick stroll across the boardwalk puts you right on the beach! All guests have Free High-Speed Internet access in their unit, as well as wireless Internet access in our lobby..  
Islander Beach Resort has a two vehicle limit.
The pool is heated the week of Thanksgiving and beginning the week of Christmas until March 31st.

All of our daily and weekly guests receive the following complimentary guest package: 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella set up for you on the beach daily (March 1 to October 31); 1 free round of golf at your choice of 6 different courses daily; 1 free pass to a dolphin cruise daily (March to October 31) ; 1 free adult pass to a snorkeling cruise daily (March to September 30) and free WiFi..

  My mom, sister and I took a girls vacation and stayed at this condo which was beautiful inside and out. The view is absolutely amazing and unobstructed and also away from the pool area which can get noisy while sitting on the balcony. The condo is as exactly as it appears in the pictures and is equipped with most things needed. The only issue we had was the bed was hard as a rock and very uncomfortable for my mother and I to sleep on. The only other thing which is probably out of their control was beach service. The guy saw us struggling with My mom‘s wheelchair at the steps And did not even offer to help. We did have the beach wheelchair but we had to use her regular wheelchair to get her to the steps. I still give this condo five stars overall! The views and the memories made up for it ❤️��️

  Had a great week at the beach! Have stayed at the Islander for 10 summers. This unit is one of our favorites. Kitchen is well furnished. Beds are comfortable. My only complaint is the sofa. It is well worn, sagging , and needs to be replaced. Will definitely be returning next year.

  Only complaint I have is the kitchen. While there are plenty of dishes, some Tupperware bowls or mixing bowls would have been nice. I ended up buying and leaving a hand mixer and mixing bowls with lids.

  The condo was great. Clean and stocked. Quiet location out of the way, but easy to access. Staff were friendly. Great location. Beach chairs were out out early and pool was great. Check-in and booking process was easy. Would have liked a more timely response to emails, but this is a small thing. Was a little disgruntled the last couple of days as a construction crew started jackhammering outside of the room at 7:00 a.m. and having every loud conversation you can imagine. Some other construction related woes. Overall, a fantastic location if you're looking for something roomy, clean, and in a location that is not high traffic. Loved it. It would have been a nice option to have the information about the construction directly outside of the room so I could have chosen from one of the other rooms. The complaint about the construction is short lived and just a coincidence with the time and location of where I stayed. Without a doubt, I would return and rent from this site. We absolutely loved it.

  Beds were very comfortable and clean. Blankets and sheets that were washable with no bedspreads that you had to wonder if they had been cleaned. Very clean throughout. Great location. Narrow beach but not too crowded. Games provided. Florida pvc patio high top table with 4 chairs on the balcony, which we’re comfortable and I loved; great for viewing the ocean and beach. Also, 2 Adirondack chairs and low table on balcony. 4th floor fabulous view. We spent all our time on the balcony and the beach. Elevators and stairs available. The Highwater restaurant and The Shack restaurant had mouthwatering seafood! Definitely would return. The property management was extremely helpful in finding us a place to stay because it was last minute. DVD Rental machine on ground floor by the elevators with 2 free rentals Per night. Daily chair and umbrella rentals were included with the condo and the guys were very helpful and accommodating. Only thing I did not like, were the 2 dark brown couches; they were not very beachy. I prefer light neutral and beach colors, so I only gave it 4 stars. However, this condo looked like it was just newly remodeled and a very clean place I would highly recommend!   The condo was a little dated. Wish the icemaker had been working when we arrived. Refrigerator leaked some kind of fluid from the door. Needed more bedding - sofa had sheets only - no heavier cover. No sleeping pillows for sofa bed. Did find a roach in condo. Maintenance responded quickly. Needed more bath towels, kitchen towels and wash cloths. Loved the location and view. Overall I probably would stay there again.

  We had a wonderful stay at Islander 4002. It was clean, comfy and had a WONDERFUL VIEW! The only thing missing that I wish the unit had was a laundry basket. We will definitely rent from Brooks and Storey again!
