As with most of our two bedroom two bathroom units there is a full kitchen that contains all major equipment, Keurig coffee maker, a washer and dryer, and an awesome beachside balcony. This unit stands out with its southern living décor and sleeping space for up to six guests, making it possible for the entire family to enjoy one another. The master bedroom features king size bed and private bathroom. Your guest will sleep comfortably in queen bed in the second bedroom with access to the guest bathroom.

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: Master bedroom - 1 King bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 Queen bed. 1 Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 6.

Islander Beach Resorts have access to one of Okaloosa Island's largest gulf-side pools, a shuffleboard court, and a barbeque grill area. A quick stroll across the boardwalk puts you right on the beach! All guests have Free High-Speed Internet access in their unit, as well as wireless Internet access in our lobby..  

The pool is heated the week of Thanksgiving and beginning the week of Christmas until March 31st.

    Our 2bedroom 2 bathroom condo was great! It was spacious, nicely furnished and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with modern appliances and all the cookware we needed for our meal preparation. The balcony with a direct view of the beach & water was our most favorite part of the stay. I would recommend this place to anyone. The contactless check in and check out system was another added plus for me.

    The place was very clean and they tell you that you need to bring toilet paper, paper towels soaps for laundry, dishwasher, and washing machine. Well they had that there and was a nice surprise. We loved the deck looking out to the beach and the high top patio set was great! Our only disappointment were the beds and pillows both needed to be replaced. The bar did have some boards that were off when we got there but no big deal for us. The beach set up was nice too. If your wanting to use the pool be ready for cold water. We were told they don’t heat it till November thru March.

    We totally enjoyed our stay. The unit was lovely, the weather and the clarity of the water, perfect. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the unit, but rather the young man in charge of the beach setups. Each morning as soon as they were set, I would go down and place my towel and know that was my spot for the remainder of the day. Two hours later as I prepared to return to the beach, I watched the boy speak to a gentleman and then go remove my towel and place it on a back row setup. I immediately went down and approached him to inquire why and his response was that he was tipped $20 for my setup! I was furious! He again repeated that he was tipped $20 & wanted to know what could be done to make me happy. The implication being if I tipped him, he'd get me a better spot.!!? So rather then spending the day looking at the waves gently hitting the beach, I spent the day looking at the back of beach chairs. Fortunately this occurred on our last day.
    Other than this unpleasant experience, the unit was clean,comfortable and we would definitely recommend it.

    The location is awesome. You are beach front. The beach service was very good. They had our chairs out every morning and they would have people move if they took our chairs. The condo was very nice. I loved having carpeting in the living room and bedrooms. It was well stocked in the kitchen. When we had a few problems with the unit the rental company had someone come over to address our issues. They were taken care of in a timely manner. I would definitely stay in this unit again!

    The unit is perfect! The spacious balcony has amazing views of the crystal clear water. We loved that the bedrooms are on the opposite side of the gulf views so they stay dark in the mornings. Lovely beach decor, comfortable beds, large master bathroom, we cooked several meals in the kitchen. One of my favorite features was the included beach chairs. Each morning a staff member sets up all the condo beach chairs and umbrellas for the guests, I was so appreciative that I did not have to carry or set up any chairs. Everything is very clean and kept up well. Pool was also wonderful! We will be coming back to Islander and hopefully this very same unit.

    Had a great week staying in Islander unit 6007. The condo was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Loved they had enough toilet paper and paper towels that could be used until we were able to get to the store. We had a problem getting into the condo upon arrival Saturday evening. Called the emergency contact number, left a message and our call was returned within minutes, helping us to correctly enter the access code. We had originally booked this trip for May 2020 but had to reschedule due to the COVID shutdown. Many many kudos to Brooks and Shorey for allowing us to reschedule for this year without losing our original deposit. They were awesome to work with. We’ll definitely be back!

    This condo was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and amazing view to gulf. I enjoy the balcony the most as I could sit while kids slept. The pool was good size, do wish maybe beach towels were provided as we flew down with only backpacks. Everything in kitchen was there as well that we needed.

    The location was perfect. We absolutely loved the condo. The balcony was huge! Everything was in good working order. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen utensils and cook wear was great and worked well. We plan to return. The facility itself was clean and as expected. The pool was beautiful.     We had a wonderful vacation. The condo was perfect. Checking In went smooth. They actually called with our door code earlier than 4, but we were still on our way from Texas. Our parking pass was inside the condo ready for us. The hospitality app was very helpful. Made checking out easy. The only thing we had to get for the condo was our food for the week. It was nice that the beach chairs and umbrella were free for the week. We saw dolphins one day as we sat on the beach. Everything was better than expected! We will definitely stay here every summer!!!! Highly recommend and I am very picky!!!
