  We stayed in Gulf Dunes 210. We arrived late and went directly to the bedroom where we were greeted with a bathtub with a huge hole in it and crime scene tape over it to keep it from being used. Not a great first impression. The next day when we had a chance to experience the entire space we found it to actually be a very nice condo with plenty of space for the 5 of us. I use Brooks and Shorey every time we vacation in the area and have never been disappointed. I think they would have been well served to have informed us of the issue instead of letting it surprise us after an already trying day of travel.

  Gulf Dunes 210 was the cleanest condo I’ve ever rented. It is in a perfect location on the beach and we were able to walk to several restaurants. It was nice that the rental agreement included a beach umbrella and 2 chairs that were set up for us each morning out on the beach.   If I’m coming to Okaloosa, Gulf Dunes is where I always stay. Condo was great. Had a problem with water heater and maintenance came and fixed it. The balcony was wet and a little dirty. I would like to suggest blackout curtains in the room with twin beds. Light shines in the window all night. As always, all staff were nice and helpful. Had a great time.
