  Our stay at Gulf Dunes was fantastic!! The condo is in a great area, close to good restaurants, and many activities! The view is spectacular from the balcony- saw dolphins every morning. The condo itself was really comfortable- will definitely be back!

  We’ve rented through Brooks & Shorey several times and always had a good experience and will definitely book there again. There were a few issues that we reported when we left so hopefully those were resolved. Example: the dishwasher smelled.
  Dan, the umbrella guy, was very nice and helpful with our extra umbrella.

  Condo has a beautiful view from balcony. It’s not too far from Destin but far enough to avoid the crazy traffic. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend but I would like to see a thorough clean. The floors need to be scrubbed and the unit could use a more thorough clean. Your socks will be black just walking across floor.

  This is a great place to stay in Fort Walton beach. Unit 610 is big enough for a large family and well stocked. The view from the balcony is awesome and the beach is beautiful. It is within walking distance to several restaurants and is a short drive to the nearest grocery store. I would highly recommend Brooks and Shorey. They made the process easy and communicated well.
