Located on the second floor, this unit features two BEACHFRONT bedrooms! A gorgeous kitchen makes cooking a breeze with beautiful stainless steel appliances and gorgeous countertops. All TV's are equipped with cable except for the bedrooms with two queens that feature a smart TV! Wireless internet keeps your family happy and entertained for hours when they aren't on the beach. On top of all the other excellent features, there are FOUR parking spaces included with this unit! Come and enjoy your own private balcony and take in the sounds and scenes of the Gulf of Mexico!

  Our third stay at this location, we love it an enjoy it every time. No complaints from us other than the tubs could use some anti slip pads, my wife fell twice in the shower. But the view the location an the size an looks of it for the price can't be beat. Planning on another visit soon.

  Rented the upper unit for the week of Christmas. Our grand babies first trip to see the beautiful beaches. The house had everything we could need. The house layout was nice since there were two families which allowed for separate bedroom and bathrooms. Kitchen, dinning table and living room were comfortable. Nice deck with chairs, tables and the views were great!

  The House was very nice. We had a problem with a set of blinds in one of the rooms but the maintenance guy came out and fixed it.
  
  The only problem was it had something had been spilled in one of the rooms and had not been cleaned. There was also a good bit of dust on the floors.

  Check in and check out process was a breeze, no hassle. Very roomy as it slept our whole family of 9. We only expected a nicer place considering the price we paid for a weeks stay. The place definitely served its purpose and was directly on the beach, but for nearly $6k we expected it to be a bit nicer than it was. I’d give a 4 out of 5 stars.

  Great location! We were considering Destin but chose Okaloosa and glad we did. It was less crowded and the beach can't be beat! We had the upstairs of the property and spent a lot of time on the back deck enjoying incredible views of the gulf. The house is practical but in need of updating. The layout is really nice and open. The app that they use is very helpful. Biggest plus for this place was the location.

  This was the perfect place for our family and friends for our weekend. Loved the open, uncluttered space. The downstairs house was a bit dark, but the upstairs space was bright and the deck perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset. I will rent this again.

  The location was great the place was clean the only down fall I had was the oven did not work the whole week we were there. I was compensated for that. The washer and dryer is too small for this house. Would rent again.

  The house was in good condition and in a wonderful location. The only thing I can suggest for improvement is the hot water ran out after 2-3 showers. We had several people staying in the house but had to carefully plan showers so that no one was stuck taking a cold one.

  The stay was great. When we needed to contact the company regarding beach chair rentals they were very quick to answer the phone and handle the issue. The house was great, we never had an issue of hearing any noises from the downstairs occupants. Beach access easy, house was clean, a few essential cooking supplies were available, within minutes of fish market. Parking was a little crowded.
