Relax on the extra large balcony before going out on the town at some great places like Old Bay Steamer or Stewby's, conveniently located on the Island! Feel like staying in? Show off your culinary skills in the gorgeous kitchen, furnished with stainless steel appliances and MARBLE countertops! With 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, there is enough room for everyone.   Great family time in a beautiful condo with an amazing view. There were a few small things that needed attention, the Wi-Fi didn’t work great and the TV in the bunk room did not work and it could have been a little cleaner when we arrived.

  We had an amazing family vacation in this unit in Oct of this year. We had plenty of room as a family of 10 stayed here. The bunk room is great for the kiddos. We loved grilling on the balcony! The unit is exactly as described, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The kids loved the Sonic ice maker!! :) We have been coming to Fort Walton for 10 years now and can't wait to come back!

  The unit was great! The location was great! We would definitely stay here again. The unit has a huge fridge, it made it so much easier to store all of our groceries. The gas stove is also huge which is great. We loved being able to grill out on our patio! We had several people asking us what we were cooking from the pool. The beach was amazing, and the umbrella/chair guy was exceptional.The rental company were very helpful and polite. We only had a few issues with the unit. We did not like that the kids room is right by the front door, but that is a minor issue. One of the top bunks in the kids rooms was very unsturdy. The top bar was missing a screw. All of the mattresses in the bedrooms were very uncomfortable. The extra ice machine in the unit was very dirty and we could not use. It would be great to have a bridge from the pool to the beach instead of steps. It was very hard to carry everything out to the beach, we would have liked to be able to use our wagon to pull out to the beach.
