This waterfront sea life themed oasis is the ultimate location for a family vacation or romantic getaway! This spacious 1 bedroom sleeps up to 6 people with a king bed in the bedroom, twin bunkbeds in the hallway each with their own personal reading light, and queen sofa bed in the living room. The updated kitchen offers breakfast bar seating with a Keurig coffee machine to use and enjoy on the private balcony overlooking the sandy dunes and beautiful Gulf of Mexico. A second full bathroom, stackable washer and dryer, and large flat screen TV are everything you need to kick back after a fun filled day at the beach!

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed. Bunk beds in the hallway. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 6.

    Brooks and Shorey are as consistent as an experience you can get. Unit is clean and well appointed. Unit while over the Pool is not as loud as you would think. View is excellent as well of the Gulf.
    Took advantage of the free round of golf as well. Shalimar Point GC was great 18 holes. Ignore the negative reviews. Free range balls to start the day and staff was more than helpful. Great experience.
    We have visited PI 8-9 times over the years and this Unit is definitely one you could come back to and stay again.
