The pool is heated the week of Thanksgiving and beginning the week of Christmas until March 31st.

    We stayed in Pelican 114 in October 2024 and had a wonderful time! The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked. The ocean view is beautiful. The condo is located within walking distance to several wonderful restaurants and activites. We would definitely stay at Pelican 114 again!

    Brooks and Shorey are as consistent as an experience you can get. Unit is clean and well appointed. Unit while over the Pool is not as loud as you would think. View is excellent as well of the Gulf.
    Took advantage of the free round of golf as well. Shalimar Point GC was great 18 holes. Ignore the negative reviews. Free range balls to start the day and staff was more than helpful. Great experience.
    We have visited PI 8-9 times over the years and this Unit is definitely one you could come back to and stay again.

    This condo had everything! It was clean, decorated with style, and had a bunch of extra stuff like storage bins, extra pillows, and a fully furnished kitchen. The best part was the amazing view of the ocean.
