This spacious 1-bedroom retreat is designed for comfort and relaxation, offering plenty of room for up to 6 guests. The king bed in the master bedroom promises a peaceful night’s sleep, while the twin bunk beds in the hallway—each with their own personal reading light—are perfect for the little ones. A cozy queen sofa bed in the living room offers extra sleeping space, making it an ideal choice for families or small groups.
The updated kitchen is a dream for those who love to cook or enjoy a casual meal together, featuring breakfast bar seating that’s perfect for quick bites or leisurely conversations. The Keurig coffee machine provides the perfect start to your day—enjoy a fresh cup of coffee on your private balcony as you take in the stunning view of the sandy dunes and the sparkling Gulf of Mexico.
The condo also includes a second full bathroom, ensuring extra convenience and privacy for everyone. The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed. Bunk beds in the hallway. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 6.

All units at Pelican Isle
have a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico and miles of beaches with white sands extending past the popular Okaloosa Pier. The resort includes a refreshing pool, a relaxing spa, workout facilities, a barbeque grilling area, and boardwalk access to the beach. Free High-Speed Internet Access is now also available at Pelican Isle!
Pelican Isle is a 100% non-smoking property, except in designated areas

The pool is heated the week of Thanksgiving and beginning the week of Christmas until March 31st.

  This condo was perfect. Beautiful views, amazing location, and very clean. The beach chairs and daily passes were a nice touch. If you choose to go during a busy time, be sure to reserve the chairs with the chair attendants for the days you’re there, otherwise you could miss out on getting front row seats

  Our experience was incredible!!! The property, the room, the view, the amenities, the staff.... all were absolutely amazing. My husband and I stayed in unit 114 and it was perfect for us - the master bedroom and bathroom setup was great, and having the washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus too. The unit can sleep up to 6, but I think it works wonderfully for 2 as well! We had extra space which was nice to not feel cluttered, such as the extra shower and bathroom. The view from the balcony was picture perfect, nice spot to sit and relax while taking in the beautiful sunrise or sunset! We couldn’t have asked for a better property layout and setup. The beach days were made so simple for us - direct beach access right outside the property, two beach chairs and an umbrella included for free so no hassle lugging extra stuff around, showers to spray off sand before jumping into the pool or going up to your room, bathrooms right next to the pool/beach entrance for Pelican Isle guests only so no long walks to your room trailing sand & water everywhere! We loved the location - there were so many restaurants and a few convenience stores/gas stations right up the street all on the Okaloosa side, and the drive to the busier side of Destin (Harborwalk Village) was so quick and easy if you plan to visit other popular restaurants, attractions, activities, or shopping like we did! Every person I spoke with at Brooks and Shorey, as well as the staff at Pelican Isle, was so kind and helpful with amazing customer service! The fact that Brooks and Shorey includes free activities every day of your stay is unreal, I haven’t heard of other places offering these kinds of amenities! You get a list of options ranging from golf courses to dolphin cruises or snorkeling! My husband and I didn’t use any of the free activities this trip since it was a shorter stay, but we definitely plan on coming back for a longer time period soon and try out the activities! 10/10 woul

  Brooks and Shorey are as consistent as an experience you can get. Unit is clean and well appointed. Unit while over the Pool is not as loud as you would think. View is excellent as well of the Gulf.
  Took advantage of the free round of golf as well. Shalimar Point GC was great 18 holes. Ignore the negative reviews. Free range balls to start the day and staff was more than helpful. Great experience.
  We have visited PI 8-9 times over the years and this Unit is definitely one you could come back to and stay again.
