The renovated kitchen and living room are just steps away from your private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. With a new sleeper sofa in the living room and twin bunk beds in the hallway, this unit can comfortably sleep a family of 8. The master bathroom offers ample counter space with double sinks and both the master and guest bedroom contain King-sized beds. The resort amenities include a pool, hot tub, workout facilities, barbeque grilling area, and boardwalk access to the beach. With its delightful beach theme, this unit is the perfect location for your vacation!

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 king bed, bunk beds in the hallway, and sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 8.

  Wonderful location, friendly staff, clean condo. We really enjoyed our vacation right on the beach. Only complaint was one of the elevators was down so sometimes you had to wait for a bit, but we also understand those things just happen sometimes! Would stay again!

  We selected this unit based on the view of the gulf. It was just what we wanted. No parking lots or rooftop of nearby buildings to have to look past. Just the colors of the gulf for as far as we could see.
  We only used beds in bedrooms and they were very comfortable. Didn’t use the bunks or pull out.
  Kitchen had what we needed for light meals, snacks and drinks. We chose to have dinner out.
  The location was perfect for our preference. More like a neighborhood with no tourist attractions in the same area, we spent alot of time on the balcony the furniture made this a great place to relax.
  It was a Short drive over to Destin or Fort Walton Beach where traffic could be heavy, with delays at certain times of the day. To be expected in this area. Convenient enough since we had a car.
  We really enjoyed our stay with direct access to the beach. We had no issues but staff was helpful with dinner location suggestions or just friendly greetings.
