FREE PARKING AND FREE WIFI!!! You'll immediately notice the breathtaking, direct ocean view from your private 3rd floor balcony. DON'T MISS OUT! This unit is GREAT! It comes complete with hallway bunk beds, a full kitchen, 2 bath, living and dining area, pullout sleeper sofa, Cable TV, FREE WiFi, and much more.
The bedroom is decorated with the comforts of the guests in mind. It has a comfortable king size bed, a flat screen television, and 1 closet. The private master bath is located off of this bedroom as well.
There is a bunk area in the main hall with individual TV for each bunk level. You will also find that the full hall bath is located just steps away from the bunk area. A sofa sleeper in the living room can be accessed to accommodate 2 additional guests.
The kitchen is fully stocked and while preparing your meals you can gaze out and enjoy the beach view or listen to the waves.
The living room has plenty of seating with an amazing view of the beach from the couch. There is a sliding glass door that opens onto the balcony where you can watch your kids at the pool or simply sit and enjoy the mesmerizing view.
The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed. Bunk beds in the hallway. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 6.

  There is barely any seating in the living area.
  Barely any dishes/silverware in the kitchen.
  No curtains or blinds in the living area & no curtains in the bedroom.
  These are all things that all the other condos we’ve stayed in had every time. Just some suggestions for you all to give to the condo owners.

  We enjoyed our stay at Pelican Isle R315. The condominium was coinvent. In a great location. Pool and Hot tub were nice. Loved the access to the beach chairs with our stay. It helped not having to carry so much to the beach. The Condo was somewhat clean when we arrived. The bed sheets were not washed. There was sand all in the beds. Including the bunk beds. There was not a broom in the condo for us to use during our stay. Would have helped to keep things clean. Overall, nice place to stay.

  Location was great. Beach chair and umbrella service was great! Condo was good but there was a couple of things that are needed: an accent chair in living room. There is inly a couch so anyone else has to sit on dining chairs or bar stools. There is enough room for an addition easy chair. The couch is a pullout bed and there is no kind of window covering for the sliding door. If the couch is used as a bed it would be very difficult to sleep after it becomes light. The view and balcony is great. Kitchen is nicely stocked. We enjoyed our stay very much. We did go on a snorkel excursion— would pass on it again and we did a dolphin excursion which was okay— i know its difficult based kn the dolphins.. however we went in one in oct and it was amazing. Inwould stay here again bc it was just my husband and I.

It was unbearable you couldn't sit out there and enjoy the ocean because all you could smell was people smoking not just cigarettes but weed too.   We absolutely loved this condo and property. The location was amazing and the beach was beautiful with white clean sand. It was never super crowded and chairs and umbrellas are set up daily to use. If you get tired of the beach, the heated pool is available and great for all ages. We vacationed with our children 9 and 2 and the condo was perfect. There is ample room to sleep and the kids loved the bunkbed. The unit was very clean and updated and had a beautiful view of the ocean and white sandy beach. The in unit laundry was perfect as well. We were so sad to leave but we look forward to coming again next year!

  This was our first stay on Okaloosa Island. Brooks and Shorey was highly recommended by our son. He made our reservation and we were set. Check in and check out was so easy. Everything was online or in the app. The room was keyless entry (keypad) so there’s no need to keep up with a physical key. The room was spotless. There was plenty of space for us to relax the several days we were there. The view was excellent. The beach was perfect. We cannot wait to make a return trip to Okaloosa Island again. We will definitely be using B&S when we come back!

  Pelican Isle, Unit 315. We booked a last minute trip and it was easy to reserve online. Information was sent in a timely manner and the app was great with information about checking in etc.
  The condo was very clean and the view was amazing. The only thing I would recommend are a few more mugs, glasses and cutlery. Easy access to the beach and pool. The beach toys and floats from the sand library were a great addition. The extras from Brooks and Shorey were an added bonus. We took advantage of the free movie rental and ticket for the dolphin cruise.
  The condo is situated on the far end of the isle so it is quiet, but a few minutes drive will take you to the Boardwalk, pier and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

  Pelican Isle is a great location. Smack dab right on the white sands beach. Pool right below - best of both worlds. But PLEASE don't heat the pool in the summer. It felt like bath water, about 95 degrees. ugh. The condo was just as described. Nicely decorated. Everything was working properly. Kids enjoyed their own tv's in the bunks. No issues at all. Close to fun restaurants and entertainment.

  The condo itself was wonderful. Was very clean and well maintained, fully stocked kitchen (equipment/utensils), very spacious, lots of room for our family of 4. WiFi was strong in most areas. The kids LOVED the bunk beds and each had their own individual tv/dvd to relax by. The view from the balcony was superb, nothing but sand and water! The walk from the front door to the beach was 5 minutes, if you took your time. The condo is right on the beach!
  
  Check in/out was a breeze.
  
  My only complaint would be the Xplorie experience. Xplorie is the company that manages the free passes to various attractions, which are included in the stay. All we really wanted was to book the dolphin/snorkel cruise. Was a huge hassle, and took 4 different phone calls, and a call back from a manager to make it happen. Each phone call was a different rep, and each rep had different information. Seemed very unorganized. We went from being told that the Sea Blaster cruise was fully booked during our stay, to the Sea Blaster boats were out of service, to us possibly being able to have a spot but they weren't sure. Ultimately we ended up being booked on another dolphin/snorkel ship, The Cattywampus. I will say that the Cattywampus and crew were amazing, we had a wonderful time! There were only about 25 passengers on board, as opposed to the 150+ that would have been on the Sea Blaster. (We passed one on our cruise, so much for the theory that they were “out of service”). At one point the Cattywampus Captain actually stopped, turned the ship around, and had his Mate fish my son’s brand new hat (which had blown off) out of the ocean. Snorkeling was awesome. My boys had gathered quite a collection of hermit crabs from the ocean floor! We saw several dolphins as well. But even availability on the Cattywampus was minimal. I wouldn't count on the promise of "1 free adult pass/per day to be valid, just due to the hassle of scheduling and the lack of availability

  We found everything to be in good working condition and the location was excellent. It was heaven to wake up to that view every morning! Very nice to have the washer/dryer available. Beds were very comfortable. Hot water was plentiful. Unit was not ready on check in day until about 5:45 PM. We arrived about 4:45 and the person at the check in desk was kind enough to give us the codes to the bathrooms by the pool so we could change and be on the beach until we received the call that our unit was ready! If you have kids, there were some beach toys in a basket under the bunk beds. A large selection of DVDs for rain time. Out of the way from the general Destin area traffic but close enough to go there if you want. Really not within walking distance of anything, however, so a car or Uber is a necessity. Several kids in the unit next to ours but we didn't hear them at any time other than when they were coming or going from their unit. Unit is right above the pool area but noise was minimal due to heavy duty sliding glass doors. Bring a flashlight and chairs if you plan to be on the beach after dark.

  My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pelican Isle 315. There were a couple of small issues but nothing that would hinder our stay there. The place was clean and ready for us before the 4:00 check in time. I was impressed that they called us to let us know that we could check in early. The view was beautiful. The issues: 1) there was only one elevator working for our entire stay which made the wait time frustrating 2) the room didn't cool quick enough, and 3) on the morning of check out, we couldn't get cold water in shower. It was scorching hot. Outside of those issues, we enjoyed our time in Florida. There are a ton of things to do in Destin (6 miles away) and would definitely take a second or third trip to see it all. We parasailed and jet skied at Gilligan's which I highly recommend (crab island is pretty cool). Mcquire's is a must and grocery shop at Winn-Dixie, not Publix (too expensive). Harborwalk and Boardwalk were both wonderful. For an occasional breakfast, the Donut Hole is a great place to go. We look forward to coming back.

Unfortunately that one elevator on property has experienced extensive damage and they are having to wait on the special ordered parts to be made and shipped to be able to repair it. We'll look into the AC in this condo, we have not been informed of this issue yet so thank you for letting us know. Your review is just perfect, we love all the places you mentioned. Fort Walton Beach affords the perfect location, close enough to Destin for all the fun activities and fancy shopping, but far enough away to enjoy some peaceful relaxation time with the family. Please come see us again soon as your schedule allows for more memories at the beach!

  The room was great, the beach was wonderful (except the umbrellas are placed a little to close together. All in all it was a good "quick trip to the beach". The only problem we had was the last night when there was a raucous pool party from 8:00 to a little after 10:00. A lot of loud music and guys screaming. We were on the 3rd floor right above the pool so it got loud.

  We enjoyed being right on the beach. The room was clean, comfy bed, we liked the bunk beds and the tvs with them. It was nice having the beach toys already there. Overall, we had a nice stay. Our place did have a musky smell, we were woken up a lot which can I'll chop up to spring breakers and unfortunately the dishwasher latch So no dishwasher. However, we'd possibly consider staying here again.

    Thank you for your great feedback! We have already gotten that dishwasher fixed, and the spring breakers tend to be louder than the normal crowd. We are addressing the musky smell and have had no further complaints at all. The TV's in the BUNK BEDS are a huge bonus to this 315 condo, these are not included in every condo the owner must add them, so thank you for the positive feedback on those, we'll relay the message. The view at Pelican Isle is truly breathtaking. There's nothing like the Gulf of Mexico in Fort Walton Beach on Okaloosa Island!! We look forward to having you again to Pelican Isle.

  Condo was clean and ready before the checkin time, we arrived early.
  View of the ocean was great, kids got a lot of use out of pool and ocean. We made use of kayak rentals and free bbq area (bring your own charcoal).
  
  The only negative we can give is that the dishwasher was not working. Other than that everything was great.
  
  There is a Tom Thumb less than a mile away, but if you want to do real shopping you need to go into town which is about 3 or 4 miles. This does make the location nice and quiet, but you can't walk somewhere for a coffee.

  The property description was very accurate. The photos were the best to view the condo. It is what is shown and described. The gulf view from this 3rd floor condo was magnificent! We were only disappointed by the kitchen wares and the furnitures mainly in the living/dining room. The kitchen wares were very old and not in great condition. And the furnitures were not at all comfortable. The condo is very clean and neat.

  this property is mainly suitable for a couple-it is one bedroom with two bunk beds in the hallway that might work for younger children-the furniture was not comfortable-the balcony chairs need new cushions-there are no towel bars in the bathrooms-there are no lights by the outside doorway so it is impossible to see the keypad for the code at night without a flashlight on your phone-this property was ok for off season but doubt I would pay the summer prices for it-this unit needs some updating-the location is good at the end of the island-not the fault of the condo but beware that fall break is in October for many states which we weren't aware of so the complex was quite crowded with children which was not what we were looking for in October for an adult vacation-I think the condo complex should make people aware of that-I would not travel to this area again in October

  There are only 2 things the attendant neglected to do. First that there was a shower next to pool to rinse sand off after returning to beach & she forgot to give us our welcome bag. Otherwise we had a lovely experience there in paradise!

  loved being close to the ocean, I sat out on the balcony a lot listening to the waves. unfortunately we had to check out early and return home as my dad had a stroke. it is over the pool area and at times it was a little noisey but not enough to discourage anyone from staying. it had a great view. hope to return next year. we didn't venture out in ocean much as we were under red flag the entire time there. only drawback might be not having any restaurants close by to walk to but we fixed meals in room or ordered out pizza a couple times.

  We only stayed in this unit one night from 7 pm to 9 am because it was the emergency unit. The air conditioner was out in our unit 107. This unit was in a lot better condition than the unit we rented. I wished we could have stayed in this unit. We were told we could not stay due to someone else coming in the following day.

  Great view, great quiet beach and we very much enjoyed the condo. My only complaint would be the DVD on top bunk wouldn't work, which made bedtime difficult for toddlers who are used to watching a movie. Also the condo came with a DVD card for fee rentals, but no one told us the DVD machine was broken. That would have been nice to know so we could have packed a few. That's not the owners' fault though. The condo itself is cute and tasteful and we had everything we needed! Its iver rhebpool area so yiu can see the poil/hot tub and the beautiful beach. Perfect for us and our 2 toddlers!

  We had stayed at Pelican Isle before and are pleased with its location, staff, and amenities. We did stay in a different unit this time and I have to say that the furniture is needing to be cleaned or replaced. Also, the ice maker in the unit did not work. We reported this and were told a part would be ordered. I really don't think its not working was a surprise because there were several ice trays conveniently in the unit for use. All worked out fine. The walkway to the beach had been replaced since last year and had far too many steps for my handicapped daughter, but access is available at the other end of the units. None of these small things would keep me from staying here again. The water is beautiful and dolphins swim by daily. It is a quiet setting but still convenient to all kinds of activities. Free beach chairs and other amenities are great!

  The condo was relatively clean, but needs new furnishings. The comforter and accessories look old and worn and should be replaced. Furniture is outdated, but televisions looked new. There were 4 televisions which was a plus.

  Wonderful stay. Had everything we expected and more. Room was clean and well decorated. There was no outside noise or too much light coming in the bedroom window in the mornings.   As much as I enjoyed this condo (perfect location above pool and great beach view) there were little things that were really irritating. I've stayed in many condos but never in one where there are no paper towels, no dish soap, no Kleenex, and no shampoo. Come on guys, do you really want people to have to buy paper towels EVERY time and then you just take the 80% unused portion home. It leaves a very bad taste in someone's mouth and makes you penny wise and pound foolish.

  This is our 3rd or 4th stay at Pelican Isle. We always stay in room 315. It's still as wonderful as the 1st time we stayed there. Your staff is excellent. They are so personable and glad to help us. The cleaning service is wonderful. The building, surroundings,
  and lobby present a perfect environment. We love the beach front property. I have recommended you, our room number, and the number of years we've been to all my friends and family. My daughter, her husband and their friends will probably come next year rather

  The condo was great, clean, cozy and cute decorations, only request is to replace the mattress on the master bed, it was very hard. Kids loved the TV;s in each bunk. The pool could use shade around for parents. There was only one umbrella, not nearly enough.

  The gulf was stunning! Made some great friends, the beach service was great! Wouldn't stay here again b/c there was no storage in the unit, no counter space in baths, poorly stocked kitchen, and very worn-out bed in Master. Place was clean, though, and had plenty of towels & w/d detergent. Pool was a comfy temp and the hot tub was great. Liked being towards the end of the line of condos. Very quiet, close to long stretch of empty beach, but also very close to many activities and restaurants.

  Door to patio was very hard to lock.

  Only one thing, wasn't used to spring mattress, it was alittle too hard but still went to sleep from wearing ourselves out at the beach. Everything else about the condo was available and in good shape. Would recommend this unit and complex to friends. Was great having a Publix just down the road for items we didn't want to bring. Staff was very pleasant and knowlegable about the area.

  The property and view is breathtaking. The condo was tastefully decorated and blended with the beach theme. I also enjoyed the pool and spa. My bedspread was dirty however once I brought it to their attention, the property management had it dry cleaned right away. I would definitely stay at the Pelican Isle again. I felt like I was at home.

  Need you to know some fixes:
  1. Pull out bed in the coach is aweful! Mattress is old, and bad...and one cushion has a zipper gone bad.
  2. The ladder leading to the top bunk will not stay locked. My baby girl ALMOST HURT HERSELF!
  3. and last, sticky lock to outside balcony.
