  This condo is adorable, you can tell newly decorated. Everything was clean and neat. Just a couple of minor things I ask housekeeping to be sure TVs were connected and working. Neither of these were, had I not had friends nearby would have had to call maintenance because someone unhooked the cable. Older or non tech savy people struggle with this. And the sheets on the bed would not stay on . It was a fight every night. But I give this place good reviews!!

  Having stayed in Brookes and Shoreys condos many times we have come to expect clean comfortable lodging. Pelican Isle 306 is exceptional. It is definitely a step above the average comfortable unit. Great care has been taken to add extra amenities so guests don't have to rush out and purchase necessities. Extras such as handhold in bathroom and make up mirror, nightlight, extra wall plugs, quality linens, towels, quality appliances,washer/dryer, dishes, well stocked kitchen. Being an organized person I loved the labels for lights, ceiling fans, TV instructions, dishes n kitchen items, step up for exit to balcony was well marked. The extra touch of beach decor added a nice touch. We will be back to 306. Thanks to the owner for this exceptional unit

  The condo was perfect for us. Unparalleled view of the Gulf, very well furnished, especially the kitchen. We like to cook and found everything we needed. Having beach chair and umbrella service was fantastic. I cannot imagine anything better than the setup we had.
  I have 2 suggestions. We missed having small plates and bowls. Just a minor detail, but would like to suggest getting some to add to an otherwise well furnished kitchen. The other is that we received several messages of things we should bring that would not be furnished, so we packed them only to find out that they were furnished. I would have appreciated not needing to pack unnecessary items.

  Second stay in Pelican Isle 306. All new kitchen appliances was a super addition. Sliding door now moves easily. The decor was great, bed comfortable. Wonderful to have a place to stay that is BOTH clean and well kept. Kitchen well supplied. Not only is the desk staff kind/helpful but the other staff one might encounter, were always friendly and helpful. All of the facility is kept clean. GREAT TO HAVE FREE BEACH SERVICE.   We selected this condo at Pelican Isle without any knowledge of the area or the property. We were extremely pleased when we arrived at the location. It is an extremely clean beach area that is not overly crowded. Very family friendly! There are restaurants nearby and it is not as crowded as the Destin area. The condo itself was very clean and it could not have had a better view!! We spent nearly all of our time on the beach or sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. We also enjoyed the complimentary golf pass each day and the two beach chairs set up for us on the beach. We also went on a dolphin cruise using the complimentary pass from Brooks & Shorey. My family couldn't have asked for a better week at the beach!

  We usually vacation at Hilton Head and this was our first trip to the Gulf. After seeing that the sand and ocean are as pretty, if not prettier, in real life than in the picture, I don't think we'll be able to go anywhere else from now on.
  
  This condo wasn't our first pick but it was our first pick from what was available on short notice. We were not disappointed. The condo is attractively furnished and surprisingly clean. We were very happy with the property in general and will most likely stay in this particular condo again in the future.

  Second year in a row that we have stayed in this condo. Just like last year it was great. Weather was fantastic and the beach was not crowded. The condo was clean and updated. The new stainless steel appliances was nice. Last year the dishwasher top rack was almost rusted out. Definitely staying here again next year. Just little things would make it better such as a DVD/blue ray player in the bedroom and some thicker curtains. Also a few extra towels would be nice. Overall a fantastic stay.

  The condo was great. It was well furnished and had a great view. Our only issues (very small issues) were that the sliding door to the balcony was difficult to open and close and the bed squeaked at the tiniest of movements. Overall though, we had a fantastic time!

  This was the first time we have stayed at Pelican Isle and in condo 306. We were very much impressed with the condo . From the furniture , color scheme , decorations and very clean -- (no dirty carpeting) Need help with Squeaky bed and sliding glass door. It was a pain in the butt. Do we want to come back." YES WE DO " IT WAS WONDERFUL. I FORGOT TO SAY WHAT A WONDERFUL VIEW. I hope that next year in May we can get the same condo.

  We stayed here for a week with our 3 kids. It was roomy enough for all of us. The decor was nice and the place was clean. I'd say my only complaint was the bed in the master bedroom was VERY squeeky and LOUD. I know what you might be thinking, but not for THAT reason. Hear me out... We had a crib set up in the master bedroom with us for our 1 year old. Just sitting on the bed made a bit of racket that never failed to wake the baby. Let alone rolling over or getting out of bed! One of the best parts of leaving and coming home was actually sleeping in a comfy QUIET bed. Otherwise, we loved the place and would definitely go back and stay in 306 again!

  I love Pelican Isle! The units all have a view of the gulf, along with the ability to enjoy the sunrise, sunset and all day sun from the balcony. This time of year, the balcony is perfect for enjoying the sun without wind.
  
  Our unit was clean and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the new flat-screened TVs and the wireless internet. I love the pool and the hot tub....just right for us.
  
  Being here in the winter offers a unique opportunity for developing community with others who come yearly. People are very nice.
  
  I also find that the community as a whole is most gracious. Whether it is going shopping, attending a concert, eating at a restaurant, renting a car, or buying gas, we were always treated with your famous "southern hospitality". Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!
