Beautiful 3BR/3BA beach FRONT condo with a beach front view on Okaloosa Island including an additional bunk room- sleeps up to 10! Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, flat screen TVs in living room and bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom is on the beach side with entry to the beach front balcony. The master bath is just AMAZING - it makes you feel like you are in a SPA. The living and dining areas are also beach front with another entry to the large beach front balcony from the living room. You even get a great view from the nicely updated kitchen. Lots of storage, granite counter tops, superb appliances. Separate laundry room for your convenience with a full size washer and dryer. All bedrooms are ample size . Plenty of space for up to 10 guests where everyone will feel comfortable. This 5th floor unit is ALWAYS the first one to book so if it's available for your dates, do not delay and book it while availability lasts!

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 queen bed, 3rd bedroom - 1 queen bed, bunk beds in a bonus room. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 10.

  Azure 504 was perfect for our family. The property description was on point and the condo was equipped with everything we needed. The only negative point I feel I have to make is that the umbrella set up/beach space is less than desirable. I have stayed at various condos in Fort Walton which have umbrella/chair set up services; however, I have never stayed at one which allowed set ups in front on the condo umbrella/chair set ups. Despite having a front row set up of three umbrellas/chairs, others set up their personal umbrellas a chairs directly in front of us which is not allowed at other condos and created a tight space which I did not expect on the beach.

  Our family (6 adults/2 kids) loved Azure 504. The unit was exactly as described. It was clean, well stocked with kitchen items, and had an amazing view from the balcony! The unit could use some paint on the walls and some furniture upgrades, but is still a great unit! Our oldest grandson especially loved having his own “bunk room” as a bonus bedroom! We definitely plan to use Brooks and Shorey for future trips!

  Overall our rental experience was good. Everything was exactly as described when we booked our condo. Very clean property and had great customer service. There were some things that needed attention and be fixed. The agitator in the washing machine was completely clogged with detergent from other guest and it had never been cleaned. So for us to be able to do our laundry, we had to take the agitator out and soak it in boiling hot water to clean it. One of the hinges to one of the bathroom doors were broken and not connected to the door. Just needed to be screwed back onto the door. We felt like beds were really hard. We loved the view of the ocean from our balcony. Was a major plus that there was a table and chair on the balcony that we could sit at to enjoy our meals with the ocean view. The pools, splash pad, and hot tub was amazing. My kids loved the pool. It was so nice to be right on the beach and having the chairs and umbrella available for us to use. Loved having the grocery store just 5 minutes from the condo. I would recommend this condo for other families. I will definitely be returning in the future with my family.

  We have been coming to Ft. Walton for the past decade! We have stayed in different places every year, but this was the first year we were able to book Azure. It was always gone by the time we started to look for places. We can say that this was the best place we have stayed in. The rooms were spacious and the place was clean. The office staff was very helpful with whatever we needed. There were a couple of issues we faced during our stay such as one of the burners on the stove not working. We called maintenance and they were able to come within the hour. We have no complaints about the place, other than a minor suggestion. It would use some new comfortable couches and the carpet needs to be replaced. Other than that, we can honestly say it was the best condo we have stayed in and will definitely be coming back!

  Overall good experience. Condo was clean and well maintained. Queen mattress in bedroom with private bath was uncomfortable and sagged in the middle. The other 2 beds were very comfortable. Coffee pot stopped working and was replaced the same day. Prior to our stay I was told there would be 6 parking passes, but only 2 were left in the condo. We had to walk to the next condo to pick up more. I feel they should have been brought to us. It would have been nice if parking was explained better. Multiple times we ended up in a dead end level of parking in a large vehicle and had to back out. Very difficult and unsafe. Maybe include a layout of the parking. The building’s elevator was the hottest and slowest I’ve ever been in.

  We loved everything about this place except for the parking situation. It was impossible to park anywhere if you had a car top carrier. They only had 4 spaces reserved in the parking garage that would accommodate us. So we found ourselves having to remove the car top at 11:30 pm. This is the reason we will not be returning. At least the entire bottom floor of the garage should be reserved for taller vehicles or those with car top carriers.

  We arrived to find a mostly clean condo but found that the comforter and pillow cases in the master bedroom were a bit on the dirty side. We requested new items but were told they didn't have extras for comforters, so we took them off the bed and used some extra blankets found in the closet for the entire week. One of the toilets didn't flush but was an easy fix. The view was great and the condo had enough space for 8 people comfortably. Beach access was easy and the 2 pools were very nice. Get up early to reserve your pool chairs....they were all taken very early each day.

  We have stayed at this property a few times before, and it is our favorite building on the island; however, I don't think anything in this condo (furniture, deco) has been updated in the intervening several years between visits. There were a total of 2 rugs in the whole condo, and neither had any backing on them, which made them dangerously slippery on the tile floors, so we put them aside and didn't use them. Pretty inconvenient not to be able to wipe your feet when you come in. The mattresses and pillows need updating badly - they were all very lumpy and just worn out, so nobody got a good night's sleep. Honestly, the decor/furniture wasn't very appealing, which, considering the price we paid to stay in this property compared to others on the island, was very disappointing. Otherwise, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils, which was very convenient, and we had plenty of towels and extra sheets/blankets. The washer and dryer were handy and worked well, and we appreciated having an iron and ironing board available for use. It could have been cleaner - there was lots of trash/stuff under the beds (especially in the bunk room), spills that had not been wiped up on the breakfast bar sides, and mildew in the tile grout in the showers (which I realize is a never-ending battle to keep out). Overall, though, we had a lovely week and love the location of the Azure and its parking garage, pools, and amenities, and will definitely stay at the Azure again, although if a different condo were available in the building, we would probably choose another.

  Good but not what we expected. We arrive with great excitement of being at the beach for 7 days. First day, dead fish by the thousands are washing up onto the shore. We got 1 day of the beach and at that we had to put up with the smell. We've always vacated in June but had to change plans this year because of new grandbabies arrival. However this wasn't the property owners fault but spent a lot of $ to sit by the pool all week 😒 The property itself was very well kept. Thought the 2nd bedroom could've been a bit larger though. Was a little cramped for couple with new baby. Balcony furniture could definitely use an upgrade. We about flipped every time we got out of the chairs.   This was our first time staying at the Azure and we had 4 kids and 5 adults. We had a great time. The headboard in the master bedroom needs to be fixed, but my husband just put a couple towels behind it. Other than that it was wonderful. The balcony was huge, all 3 main bedrooms were good sizes. The kids LOVED the bunkroom. The adults did too. They had there own space, we had ours. It was very nice! I have stayed with Brooks and Shorey properties for awhile now and I will continue to use them.

  Views were gorgeous. Property was as expected and as photographed. Pools and hot tub area were really nice. Was also nice to get bonus tickets to attractions - we went on dolphin/sunset cruise - no sunset but the boat ride and dolphin watching were great. Beach is AMAZING here. Loved having beach chairs for FREE every day. Only minor thing --wish they had HD television channels would be the only "extra" that would have been nice but obviously did not ruin our stay. We just had cool weather and rain so would have been nice to have high def. Free DVD rentals was also a nice extra! Thank you again. We will rent from Brooks & Shorey again and would definitely stay at Azure again... and will refer you to our family coming down there in spring.

  This condo was great for a group of old friends to enjoy together. There was plenty of space for 10 people to sleep (when including 2 on the couch bed) and space to all eat in the same room together. The condo was in very good condition and was beautiful. The balcony has a perfect view of the beach and ocean. It is also directly above one of the two pools, which was nice when part of our group was in the pool and part were in the condo.
  
  The kitchen was adequately supplied and the refrigerator and pantry were large enough for all of our food for the week.
  
  There were only a couple things that were not perfect about the condo. Apparently the couch bed is incredibly uncomfortable. Couch beds are not typically known for being incredibly comfortable, but this one was really bad. So if you plan on having someone sleep on the couch bed, at least bring a mattress pad or something to help separate you from the wires in the mattress. The other issue was that the TV in the living room would not run anything through the inputs of the TV. Therefore we couldn't use the TV to play a game together or view photos or videos from our trip together. I did not call about either of these complaints, so I cannot comment on the ability of Brooks and Shorey to alleviate problems.

My only three complaints were....1) not enough dish rags in kitchen. 2) wifi was VERY spotty 3) others in our group got emails prior to the trip about places to go and see etc. From owners they rented from. Might have been nice if we got one too. Otherwise, I would go back to this unit in a heartbeat!

  We had 6 people (2 adults, 2 kids, 2 grandparents) staying and found it very comfortable. Kids had very comfortable bunk beds (nice high ceilings so the top bunk didn't hit their heads). Private bathrooms for all the adults was great. Wish there was an extra loveseat in the family room for some more seating, but the patio furniture was plentiful and comfortable. The pools were very large and the grounds were maintained very well. Appreciated the free beach service too for the 2 chairs and umbrella. The beach was very clean and wide. A few minor issues like the hallway bathtub didn't drain well and the back bedroom blinds do not stay up, but overall we loved this place and would come again.

  Overall we had a great experience at Azure. The pool was wonderful. The reasons I ranked 3 stars on the cleaning are: There were stains on the carpet in two of the rooms, There was "lotion"? on the dresser drawer, I could not find a dust pan in the room, and the men's restroom by the pool needed some daily cleaning. The size, location and view was perfect for what we needed. We had Four adults and four children in the condo.

  We enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent. Right on the beach. Had access to 2 beach chairs every day. On our arrival, the condo was dirty. The shower had mildew and a dirty tee shirt was under the bed in the master bedroom. Called the rental agency and spoke to a very pleasant person who stated she would send someone to clean condo. If someone came to clean we never noticed. Great beaches! Would probably come back but will consider another condo.

  Great location and directly on the beach. The pools were very nice and very clean. The unit wasn't very clean when we checked in. I had to vacuum the sand out of the master bath and hallway. That isn't a big deal to me. The unit could really use a once over with maintenance. When we arrived the curtains in the master suite were in the closet and the rod and brackets were just in the corner of the room. The fan in the living room and one guest room did not work properly (only worked on low, very low). Maintenance came out and kind of fixed the curtains but did nothing about the fans. The curtains were put up but we were instructed if we opened them more than a few inches it could fall. The lightbulb on the balcony was burned out. One of the dresser drawers in the master bedroom was broken as well. None of these are really "big" things but they all add up to become aggrivating. If all the proper repairs and maintenance was done we would stay again.

  This property was even more than we anticipated. Location is great, unit is very accommodating and the view is absolutely wonderful.
