  MY FAMILY & I REALLY ENJOYED OUR SHORT VACATION AT GULF DUNES. THE CONDO WAS REALLY VERY NICE. WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME ON THE BEACH AND OUT SHOPPING. THE ROOMS WERE BEAUTIFUL.   The condo unit was absolutely stunning and beautiful. The only thing I was disappointed in was the fact that the development only had 2 small pools. There was no hot tub and the pools didn't go above 4ft in depth.

  We had a great vacation here. The condo was amazing loved the beach view. The bath tub was very Relaxing!! The location was very convent, close to all the main attractions. Save money we came home with 50 cents!!!

  Upon arriving we were greeted in the office by a smile and informative Brooks & Shorey personnel. The condo was great and nicer than we expected. The space was clean except for some spider webs in a window or two (not a big deal but thought I'd mention it). The floors are nice and the kitchen was great. The condo is within walking distance to a few shops down the street.
  
  We're not sure if there were some electrical issues in this condo. The ceiling fan in 1st room on the right produced a burnt electrical motor smell the first day we were there, but it went away a little bit later. The lights in the living room sometimes flickered so we kept it off. All of the ceiling fans in the 3 bedrooms had a mind of their own. Sometimes the fan would just stop or the lights would come on in the middle of the night. We suspect these had timers (??). All in all the condo was nice, clean, & despite the electrical issues I would recommend others to stay here.

  We took our kids on their first family vacation to Gulf Dunes. Everyone had a great time. We rented GD211 from Brooke & Shorey and it was awesome. 3Bedrooms-3Bath, beautifully furnished and very well stocked in the kitchen. I booked site unseen because I have used B&S several times and trust them totally! They had just gotten the property and did not have any pictures but by the next day I received pictures and a note saying if I wasn't happy to let them know. B&S stands behind their word & makes sure your stay is the best. Will ask for GD211 again next year!

  This is a beautiful condo, recently updated in every way. The only problem was the a/c cooled great everywhere except for BR 2 and BR3.
  I did bring fans, and it seemed to be the venting. Would stay here again, we adjusted.
  Staff were courteous at all times. Unit was extremely clean. Beautiful view. One of our best stays at Gulf Dunes over the past 4 years.
  Will stay at Gulf Dunes again next year!

  Gulf Dunes is wonderful! Unit 211 was perfect for our family of 5. Clean,comfortable and a great view. Beach was nice,clean and close. Pool area was wonderful as well. Loved having 2 beach chairs and umbrella included with unit. Unit 211 has covered parking,a big plus. Destin is close enough for more activities.I would definitely return to this property.I saw staff everyday doing cleaning. I was nervous about a condo stay as this was my first time but this turned out just great. Only complaint was the master bed was not at all comfortable for us. The kids liked their beds just fine. One other small thing- I didn't feel the extra blankets were clean.
